In assessing your application these lenders and/or brokers may search your record at a Credit Reference Agency.

If you are applying for a joint loan, IVA or debt management Solution with your partner or another person, you must ensure that they have given permission for their details to be given and that they also agree to their details being retained, searched or linked with the application. Both parties in a joint application should be aware that an association may be created on credit records. This may link your financial records for future applications by either or both of you until a notice of disassociation is accepted by credit reference agencies.
